艶麗-ENREI プレートシリーズ

ステンレススチール製のプレートに施した独特の表面仕上げは、自然を感じさせる模様で、一つずつ表情が異なり、金属でありながら温かみと柔らかさを感じさせ、使う人の想像力を刺激する。 二重構造のプレートなら、盛り付ける前に器を温めたり冷やしたりする事で、温かい料理は温かく、冷たい料理は冷たく、よりおいしくいただくことができる。 また、底面の投入口からお湯や氷を入れる機能のあるプレート（tempereture　control）は、食事中最適な温度を保つことが可能。プレートは料理をよりおいしく、美しく魅せる舞台となる。

These stainless steel plates are characterized by an original surface finish which gives each plate its own unique nature-inspired pattern. These metallic plates emanate a mysterious warmth and softness and ignite a spark of inspiration in whoever uses them.

オリジナルショープレート
テーブルを飾るショープレートは世界的な金属の産地、新潟県燕市の工場で作られるオリジナル。１点１点、手作業で海のうねりのような模様を入れ、「海に浮かぶ月」の景色を表現しました。自然の色合いで彩られる店内にやさしく溶け込みます。

私たちは動物の殺処分ゼロを願い、TOM BRANDを立ち上げ、チタニウムガジェットの製造を始めました。TOMチタニウムガジェットの売り上げの一部を殺処分ゼロ活動の皆さんへ寄付させていただきます。犬、猫の殺処分がなくなる未来を願い、私たちは取り組みを続けてまいります。

C’est parce que nous souhaitons éliminer l’abbatage des animaux que nous avons lancé la marque Tom Brand et la fabrication de gadgets en titane. Grâce à une partie de la vente de ces gadgets, nous espérons approcher d’un monde exempt de l’abattage des animaux. C’est pour cet avenir libéré de l’abattage des chats et des chiens que nous continuerons de lutter.
